Coach Murphy will facilitate and share real business experiences that will be independent for each session. You will have plenty to take home and along the process, you may understand and find your ideal business partner. The 2-hour session is structured as below: i. Check-in Round - Each share one business win and one current challenge ii. The Value-First Introduction - An introduction that goes beyond name, work and other usual information so that everyone gets to know each other deeper. (What they hope to gain, one specific skill, tool or content to give, one specific area that need help) iii. Essential Partnership Nuggets - Coach Murphy will share his best practices and experiences gained from his own business partnership endeavours, which totalled more than a hundred. iv. Real-world Partnership Scenarios - Coach Murphy guides startup companies in forming and dealing with real-world partnerships. In the process, there are many challenges and obstacles to deal with. In this section, participants can experience some of these challenges in a case study format. v. Partnership Shoutouts - This is airtime for participants to illustrate the kind of partnership or collaboration they are seeking. It will be actively guided by Coach Murphy the same way he guides startup companies. vi.
